Open your site.

Then click on Upload Files.

Then upload your file. The file name will work better if you don’t use a long one like this:

The Evidence for the Ressurection-- McDowell.pdf

I would change this to something like: resurrection.pdf

Then upload it.

Then go to your Site-Weaver and create or select the page you want to put the link on.

Click on add link.

Select area you want to put the link in and click on the Add Here button.

Then enter the name of the link like the below example:

Also click on the Link Url: Browser… and select any file in that directory. This is to get the path to the .pdf file for you. Then where I circled the insert1.shtml above. (because this is the file I choose.) replace that file name with the file name you uploaded. I uploaded resurection.pdf.

Click done.
